For those of you getting introduced to Official BBQ LLC, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been a high school wrestling official in the state of Pennsylvania for over 20 years. Our goal is to serve the Boiling Springs community and its surrounding areas with BBQ and Fixings. Hence the name Official BBQ LLC (the guy or gal wearing the black and white referee shirt). For all of our sports lovers, wrestling peeps, and everyone else out there, welcome! We look forward to serving all of our patrons as we expand into our community.

If you order a meal, know your approximate 1/2lb smoked meat of choice will be packed separate from your Kaiser roll and BBQ sauce. No soggy roll until you are ready to eat.


All smoked meat orders will offer additional Sweet Heat Seasoning for those that want a takedown.
